Whether you are booking tree trimming, tree removal or something else, a handful of details let us give you an accurate price on the first call, and they often save a second visit just to look:
- Point us to the tree in question and give us a rough sense of its height against your house - Tell us the neighbourhood, or if you are outside Stratford proper, the nearby community - Describe what the tree stands over, whether that is a roof, a driveway, fencing or open grass - Say in your own words what looks wrong, a dead limb, a lean, storm damage, whatever it is - Let us know how tight the access is, and whether there is room for a truck to turn around

What If A Tree Is On A Hydro Line?
The utility comes first, before us. Until they have made a live line safe, that tree is their responsibility, and no crew, ours included, should be anywhere near it.
Keep clear of the fences, gates and vehicles near the tree, or anything else it happens to be resting on, until the utility confirms the power is off. We start once that confirmation comes through.
